In some rare cases, courier partners may take up to 12 hours to activate the track link.
In some cases, your order might get split into two or more orders. Those will still be delivered, just on different times. As soon as we receive the request, we’ll have the order picked up in the next 2-3 business days and wherever applicable, we’ll reprocess the order immediately and/or refund the amount back to the payment method used. In most cases, the fund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, however in some rare cases, it could take a little longer. Do allow 4-5 business days for the amount to hit your account in such cases.Please note that you can return an order within 10 days of delivery of the order. We will only be able to service returns that are compliant with the return policy.
